Excellent customer service
Dear Phil,
I wanted to let you know how wonderful one of your employees is – unfortunately, I did not get her name. We were in the area for a soccer tournament on Sunday and we were looking for a place to eat (not much of a fast-food family). We stopped in at your bakery and the girl explained that on Sundays you don’t have a lunch menu which is fine, so she mentioned that we could do it ourselves, bread and cold cuts. She helped get our cold cuts, sliced out bread for us, set up two tables for me my father and my two sons. This young lady went above and beyond to help us out. I wish I had got her name so you could recognize her. The food was great also thank you for having us.
